Robotic welding is fast, accurate and produces high quality welds. Robotic welders can achieve the correct angle, speed and distance with repeatable accuracy of (± 0.04 mm). This means every weld is produced to the best possible quality, significantly reducing rework, improving product quality and increased productivity.
Scott has several decades of robotic and automation experience, providing us the ability to offer cutting edge, easy-to-operate turn-key solutions for robotic welding. We offer three types of welding systems including compact rotary table weld cell, flexible track system and back-to-back weld cells, in addition to our customised welding cells.
We utilise only premium brands and products, including KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots and Fronius, to ensure our systems are of the highest quality with excellent cycle time, repeatability and adaptability. Systems are available in a range of configurations including Single or Double Axis, Triple Axis, Turntables, A-type and Linear rails. All of our systems are fully customisable with different sized welders, clamps, jigs and accessories and offer the ability to incorporate seam tracking.
Automating this process means we make more reliable, high quality plates while having the ability to synchronize outputs with production demand.
