The Rocklabs Standalone LSD is designed to split up to four representative portions of the sample ready for the next analytical process. The Stand-Alone LSD features an HMI, weigh scales and a servo-driven splitter which can be configured to split to the desired mass or percentage.

Configurable Options available include:

• Two to Four splits, plus waste
• L.S.D Drawer can accept:
  • Split bins, ABM3000 Cups or Chrysos cups, with bypass bins available
  • Waste Bin (Or Waste bypass & feeder option)

The Rocklabs Benchtop RSD (Rotating Sample Divider) is designed to be placed on a work  bench and can be used in conjunction  with a Benchtop Ring Mill. 

Featuring sealed bearings, the Benchtop RSD takes a representative split of any proportion from 2-50%.  Get a representative split of the  sample and remainder.

The Rocklabs Mid Boyd RSD is the world’s first double-acting fine jaw crusher, employing jaws that can hold up to 7kg of sample and crush a 100mm sample to 2mm in a single pass.

Featuring top and bottom moving jaws, the design of the Rocklabs Mid Boyd delivers the maximum amount of crushing, reducing samples by 50 times the original size. Characterised by ease of maintenance and cleaning and equipped with stringent safety mechanisms as standard, the Mid Boyd reduces the time and cost associated with the crushing process.

The Rocklabs Smart Mid Boyd LSD achieves a higher degree of splitting accuracy and is able to split smaller samples with the same accuracy as larger samples. The operator can select two splits of different weights as well as a retained waste sample.

Available in both Single and Twin Crusher configurations, with a Console & Weigh Scale.

The combo can be equipped with a barcode scanner, have pre-set splitting programs and retain data/sample logging details.
