Rocklabs has recently adopted MaintainX Asset and Maintenance Software to improve their service operations in Australia as part of our strategy to deliver increasing levels of service to our customers.
As part of our strategy to deliver increasing levels of service to our customers, Rocklabs, has recently adopted MaintainX Asset and Maintenance Software to improve their service operations in Australia.
MaintainX is a cloud-based platform that helps service teams plan, execute, and report on service jobs more effectively. All field technicians have now been equipped with latest tablets which enables them to access their assigned jobs, checklists, manuals, and spare parts on their tablets. It also allows them to update their progress, upload photos, and capture signatures in real-time.
An added benefit of the MaintainX adoption is that QR codes are produced and placed directly on the asset. These codes can then be scanned by Customer employees with a Smartphone and Internet access to directly log requests for support.
By using MaintainX, Rocklabs has achieved the following benefits:
