Automated Boning Room
The automated boning room is a fully automated system for processing “bone-in” meat products and is able to process carcasses at a rate of 12 per minute while optimising yield, minimising waste and costs and increasing food safety.
BladeStop (EN)
The BladeStop bandsaw improves safety and reduces the risk of serious injury by stopping the blade within a fraction of a second when it senses an operator has come in contact.
Grading
Scott are industry leaders in grading and objective carcass measurement (OCM). Our grading and OCM systems provide processors with accurate, real time data on carcass properties.
