NexPAL 200HL Makes Its PACK EXPO Debut
SCOTT Automation is heading to PACK EXPO, where we’ll debut the new NexPAL™ 200HL palletizer and showcase our NexBOT™ Balance autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) at Booth N-5182.

The NexPAL 200HL is the newest addition to SCOTT’s palletizing portfolio, designed for operations where floor space is limited but throughput expectations are not. Delivering 35+ cases per minute in an exceptionally compact footprint, the 200HL combines controlled product handling, flexible pattern creation, automatic changeovers and full maintenance accessibility to help manufacturers maintain consistent palletizing performance as production requirements change.
Visitors will also be able to see the NexBOT Balance, SCOTT’s standard counterbalance fork AGV, on site. Designed to automate pallet movement and material transport, NexBOT helps reduce reliance on manual forklift operations while supporting safer, more consistent product flow throughout the facility.
Together, NexPAL palletizing systems, NexBOT AGVs and MAESTRO+, SCOTT’s warehouse control, execution and orchestration platform, provide an integrated approach to controlling product flow from production through palletizing and downstream material movement.
